How do I cancel, delete, or close my account?

How do I change the admin on my account?
Centercode has a single Centercode Account Owner who is the only person capable of accessing the Subscription Dashboard and Billing Center. To switch the Centercode Account Owner to a different user, reach out to us via in-site support chat or by email at support@centercode.com.
Our Centercode admin left. How do I gain access to our implementation?
To switch the Centercode Account Owner to a different user, reach out to us via in-site support chat or at support@centercode.com.
What are the differences between Builder and Audience accounts?
Builder Accounts are paid seats that have administrative privileges. These include users with access to any of the following user roles: Community Admin, Project Creator, Project Manager, and Support.
Note: Users who are granted access to any of these user roles consume a paid seat from that point on, regardless of whether they're currently active in a project. Demoting a Builder account back to an Audience account is not possible at this time; the user must be removed entirely to free up a Builder seat. Audience accounts are any non-Builder users, which includes all community members, test participants, and applicants.
How do I reduce the number of paid accounts I am using?
To reduce the number of paid accounts, the users occupying Builder seats must be removed from your community. There is no way to demote a Builder back down to an Audience account.
The Centercode Account Owner can remove Builders and free up Builder seats using the Subscription Dashboard.
How can I adjust who has admin privileges?
Any Builder account with the ability to adjust user permissions can convert an Audience account to a Builder account by assigning it any of the user roles that have Support level access or above. These roles include: Community Admin, Project Creator, Project Manager, and Support.
Where can I see a breakdown of my user types and associated costs?
The Centercode Account Owner has access to the Subscription Dashboard, which lists all of the Builders on your plan. Centercode bills a flat rate per Builder, per month.
Where can I see my account information?
To review and/or update any existing billing information, the Centercode Account Owner should access the Billing Center from the Subscription Dashboard (accessed via the Centercode Support drop down in their site).
