# Content management basics

Keeping your community informed and up to date is a great way to encourage engagement! The **Content Management** tool lets you relay vital information to both testers and community members.

### How Do I Manage Content?

### Tips

- **Keep your users informed** - Written resources promote engagement in your testing community. Add content to your community that lets members know what your testing program's about, why their feedback makes a difference, and when they can apply for upcoming projects.
- **Community content is for everyone** - Content created at the community level will be visible to every user in your community. Don't include any details about specific projects or products that you only intend a specific group of users to see.

### Troubleshooting

- **Why can't I see the content I created?** - Make sure you're at the right level. Community content will only be visible in the community, while project content appears in that project.
- **How do I publish content?** - Click \*Preview\* to see an example of how the content you've typed up will look in your site. If you're happy with what you've created, click \*Publish\* to make that piece of content available.
