Keeping your community informed and up to date is a great way to encourage engagement! The Content Management tool lets you relay vital information to both testers and community members.

How Do I Manage Content?


Tips


  • Keep your users informed - Written resources promote engagement in your testing community. Add content to your community that lets members know what your testing program's about, why their feedback makes a difference, and when they can apply for upcoming projects.
  • Community content is for everyone - Content created at the community level will be visible to every user in your community. Don't include any details about specific projects or products that you only intend a specific group of users to see.

Troubleshooting


  • Why can't I see the content I created? - Make sure you're at the right level. Community content will only be visible in the community, while project content appears in that project.
  • How do I publish content? - Click *Preview* to see an example of how the content you've typed up will look in your site. If you're happy with what you've created, click *Publish* to make that piece of content available.
