  • Keep your users informed - Written resources promote engagement in your testing community. Add content to your community that lets members know what your testing program's about, why their feedback makes a difference, and when they can apply for upcoming projects.
  • Community content is for everyone - Content created at the community level will be visible to every user in your community. Don't include any details about specific projects or products that you only intend a specific group of users to see.

Troubleshooting

  • Why can't I see the content I created? - Make sure you're at the right level. Community content will only be visible in the community, while project content appears in that project.
  • How do I publish content? - Click Preview to see an example of how the content you've typed up will look in your site. If you're happy with what you've created, click Publish to make that piece of content available.
