Feedback Management

The Feedback Management tool lets you collect, view, modify, and triage all incoming feedback. This feature makes it easy to turn issues, ideas, and praise from your testers into tickets and action items that will improve your product.

How Do I Manage My Tester Feedback?

Tips

• Stay on top of feedback with Auto-Follow - Auto-Follow sends you an email whenever there's an update to existing feedback or new feedback is submitted. Click the Auto-Follow ✉️ icon in the top right of the Issues, Ideas, or Praise screens to choose which notifications you get in your inbox.
• Get specific - Use the drop-downs, search fields, and menu buttons located at the top of the Feedback Management page to control your feedback view.

Troubleshooting

• Why can't I modify the feedback I am looking at? - To modify a piece of feedback, you'll first need to take ownership of it by clicking the Modify (Check Out) ✏️ icon in the feedback menu bar to the upper right. Once you have ownership, hover over the field you want to edit and click the Modify icon that appears.
