- Reply to testers in the feedback if you need more info - If you need more details or have follow-up questions for a piece of feedback, you can ask directly within the feedback item itself! Centercode will automatically notify the submitter when you reply to their feedback.
- Collaborative feedback is way better than stale feedback - Encourage testers to talk about their experiences with one another inside related feedback. It's one of the best ways to enrich the data you're receiving from participants.
- Pay attention to all feedback, not just your current focus - Your participants want to feel heard. Even if you solely plan to act on issues, take time to thank testers who submit ideas and praise for putting in the effort. They'll be more motivated to keep giving feedback if they feel like part of the team!
