How Do I Use Feedback Management?
Tips
- Stay on top of feedback with Auto-Follow - Auto-Follow sends you an email whenever there's an update to existing feedback or new feedback is submitted. Click the Auto-Follow ✉️ icon in the top right of the Issues, Ideas, or Praise screens to choose which notifications you get in your inbox.
- Get specific - Use the drop-downs, search fields, and menu buttons located at the top of the Feedback Management page to control your feedback view.
