Getting Support for Centercode Starter
Everyone needs help sometimes. This community provides a forum for Centercode platform users to access community-driven support to help each other solve obstacles they encounter.
1: Find the Support channel
In the channel list for Delta by Centercode, find the Support category. Under Support, you’ll find the centercode-beta-support channel.
2: Search for your question or create a new one
It’s best to start by locating the search bar at the top of the centercode-beta-support channel page, and searching for your question. There’s a chance someone has already had the same problem! If you’re not able to find an existing post, select the “New Post” button on the right side of the search bar and ask your question.
3: The community will provide answers if they have them
Fellow community members can see and respond to your questions.
