How do I invite users?

Inviting users into Centercode goes hand in hand with collecting useful feedback. Centercode lets you bring testers directly into your site, so you can run your project from beginning to end without any emailing back and forth.

How Do I Invite Users to Centercode?

Tips

• Have your email list ready - To invite users, copy and paste their email addresses into the Email Addresses field. You can invite up to 100 users at once.
• Invite your project users separately - You can invite new project users or existing community members to join your test by clicking Invite to Project in the menu bar from inside your project. New users who join your project become community members automatically.

Troubleshooting

• What if a user can't find the invite email? - Ask them to check their Spam folder. If they still can't find it, check the email address you entered.
• What if I invite more users than I have audience seats for? - Users who attempt to join your project after your audience is full won't be able to create an account. If that happens, you can either add more audience seats by upgrading or remove users from your community.
