- Feel free to submit feedback yourself - You can submit feedback, even as a member of the team running the project. If you know of any existing issues, create an issue for each one so your participants can vote on it without having to submit it themselves!
- Reply to as much feedback as you can - Your participants want to feel heard. Even if you're only focused on fixing issues right now, reply back to the users who submit praise or ideas and thank them for putting in the effort. They'll be more motivated to keep giving feedback if they feel like part of the team!
