User Management is a handy tool that lets you view and manage information about your members.

How Do I Utilize User Management?



Tips


  • Use filters and views to tailor your search - Filters control who you see, like users with a specific email domain. Filters make your lists longer or shorter. Views control what you see about those users, like their full name or shipping information.
  • Target multiple users at once - Use the checkbox in the top leftmost column of your list to select all users, or drag-to-select specific users by enabling the multi-selection option in the bottom bar.
  • Make mass edits with one click - After selecting the users you want from the list, you can make changes to all of them at once by choosing an action from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.

Troubleshooting


  • Why aren't I seeing changes I made to my user list? - If you made a change to your user list (i.e., removing a user) but aren't seeing any change, click the *Refresh List*  🔄 icon in the upper right to see the most up-to-date version of your list.
